The following terms and conditions apply for all directly owned and controlled communication channels, content and engagement of and by Peige 360.

Peige 360 presents and represents marketing communication and product information in English only. Any misunderstanding of this policy arising from use of translation systems and/or software not known to or verified by Peige 360 and/or Peige 360, will bear no responsibility onto Peige 360 and/or Peige 360.

Peige 360 confirms that products offer multilingual and multi currency features and individuals engaging with both brands understand that despite this feature, Point 2 remains standing.

Peige 360 reserves the right to refuse processing of payment for any order and/or to cancel any purchase, partially or completely, with notice given to you.

Peige 360 will  Not refund any sort payment that has been made toward any services already rendered with less then a seven days before the project deadline. Full refunds will only be processed within 7 days of project start.

Individual website users and representatives of technology, telecommunications and service provider companies residing and working in Africa, the Middle East, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.

Residents and representatives belonging to the European Union population do not form part of the core audience but will not be turned away or discouraged from responsibly using and engaging with content communicated outward by Peige 360 and/or Peige 360.

7.1 Peige 360 both store and access appropriate website user information through a centralised integrated Marketing account for Google AdWords Express.

8.3 Data retention across all integrated website analytics applications has been reviewed and aligned to adhere to the Google Incorporated Privacy Policy.

9.4.1 The aforementioned information is stored as emails and may be extrapolated into spreadsheets for access by the appropriate departments within Peige 360 and/or Peige 360.

10.1 Peige 360 respects the rights of individual website users and endeavours to provide maximum control over personal information, where possible. Website users engaging with Peige 360 and/or Peige 360’s website/s are provided two tiers of control over personal information, namely by directly updating browser settings, ensuring that information submitted through all available communication channels [including but not limited to website contact forms, email, social media, physical post and telephonic communication] is accurate and not sensitive or confidential information.

12.1 Individual website users may update respective browser settings to prevent integrated website analytics applications from reading individual IP addresses, server locations and more.

12.2 Individual website users take full responsibility for respective browser settings and acknowledge, understand and consent to indemnifying Peige 360 and/or Peige 360 from any financial and/or legal claims resulting directly or indirectly from specific browser settings being employed.

13.1 Peige 360 are automatically indemnified of any legal and/or financial claims related to consequences presented by an individual website user’s controlled and conscious decision to share information through available communication channels.

14.1 For every storage destination listed in Section 2 of this policy, individual website users possess varying degrees of indirect control over the personal information being submitted through the channels listed in Section 1.

15.1 Individual website users may email info@peranasetdesign.com to update any information previously provided to Peige 360 and/or Peige 360 through communication channels spanning those listed in Section 1, in addition to information submitted to Peige 360 and/or Peige 360 through direct and indirect personal conversations, presentations and/or survey engagements.

15.2 Individual users may contact the Peige 360 Head Office via telephone call on +27 72 239 3829 to request information be updated, as previously provided to Peige 360 and/or Peige 360 through communication channels similar to those listed in section 3.

15.3 Should both communication channels fail or offer no engagement after 48 hours, individual website users may email marketing@peranasetdesign.com with proof of prior requests, which should offer a response within 3 business days.

16.1  At any point in time, individual website users may query the status and security of his/her previously submitted information, referring to Section 2 of this policy, by emailing hello@peige360.co.za or calling +2772 239 3829.

  1. Delete information

17.1 At any point in time, individual website users may request that previously submitted data may be deleted from storage destinations owned and controlled by Peige 360 and/or Peige 360. Insofar as our team has the ability to delete, confirm deletion and ensure permanent deletion of the personal information, we shall endeavor to ensure full compliance and report back to the individual website users as appropriate and necessary.

17.3 Deletion of information from integrated website analytics applications can be attempted but not entirely guaranteed unless a website user makes efforts to update his/her individual browser settings, as Peige 360 have access but not control over the information generally tracked by Google Analytics, Google AdWords Express and Google Search Console. Individual website users acknowledge, understand and agree to indemnifying Peige 360 of any legal and/or financial claims resulting in non-permanent deletion of data through integrated website analytics applications.

17.4 Individual website users may peruse the query process listed in 3.1.2.following 48 hours of submitting a deletion request, should no response be received from Peige 360 and/or Peige 360.

18.1 Peige 360 reserves all rights to update and amend this policy without prior notice. While every endeavor is made to keep all stakeholders informed of amendments, it is the responsibility of the individual website user to regularly refresh this page in his/her browser to ensure personal access to the most relevant and accurate policy version.

18.2 It is the sole responsibility of the individual website user to manage any risk associated with the perusal of and engagement with this website, including but not limited to that which occurs directly or indirectly as a result of policy changes.

19.1.3 The website user acknowledges the need to correctly reference the appropriate URL and destination from which any such available information is extracted, duplicated, copied, and/or paraphrased, citing Peige 360 and/or Peige 360 as the original owner of the content unless otherwise appropriately referenced on the page and/or article in question.

19.1.4Despite Peige 360 being headquartered in South Africa, international copyright law applies across all original content displayed on controlled communication channels. Website users are not permitted to utilize any content for financial benefit without prior consent from Peige 360 and/or Peige 360.
